Downsizing;

The kids are out of the house. You want to clean and remodel or move to a more manageable location where you can enjoy more free time for friends and family. Or maybe travel. Life Transitions can help you by assisting from getting ready to sell through setting up your new residence. We will help you with the sorting and distribution of items you won’t be taking with you. Related services such as cleaning, remodel and space planning are also available.

Relocating;

You or a loved one has been transferred or it is just time to move. Life Transitions can help where you don’t have the time. You live out of town and Mom and Dad have to move, we can be your hands. We can offer a video communication bringing you right into the house. We can be of assistance from door to door with packing/ unpacking and cleaning. We’ll make all the arrangements movers, handy man whatever it takes to make your move as smooth as possible.

Age In Place

Our homes are important to us sometimes our last hold of independence. A lot of us could stay in our homes much longer with a bit of foresight as to the modifications that may be necessary in order for this to be a reality.

While we are still in healthy and active is a great time to modify your home to age in place. This means, in part, making sure the doorways are wide enough for walkers and wheelchairs. I know this is not a pleasant thought, but if you do it now it can be done for your needs and expectations, you can be an active part of the decision making.
